How to use the Account Info page in the Instagram Moderator app

This support article explains how to use the Account Info page in the Instagram Moderator app. This page provides information about the connected Instagram account and can be accessed by navigating to the Instagram Moderator > Accounts page > clicking on the Info icon for the desired account.

The Account Info page displays the following information:

• Who connected the Instagram account.
• When the Instagram account was connected.
• The real-time status of the Instagram account. An "Active" status means that it is subscribed to the bot.
• Comments that were automatically moderated in the Instagram account.

It's important to note that the Account Info page can only be accessed by team members who have been given access to the Instagram account based on their assigned roles. The team owner determines which Instagram accounts team members have access to based on their roles.
