Connecting a WhatsApp Account:
- To connect a WhatsApp account, navigate to the WhatsApp Chatbot app and access the Accounts page.
- Click on the New Account button.
- In the modal that appears, you will find a list of connected WhatsApp accounts in the system.
- Click the Select button next to the desired account.
- Proceed by clicking the Next Step button.
- This will create a dedicated page for the selected WhatsApp account within the app.
Configuring Account Settings:
- On the created page for the WhatsApp account, you can set a default message to be sent when there are no available quick replies from the Quick Replies page.
- It's important to ensure that the WhatsApp account is enabled to ensure message saving functionality.
Category and Quick Reply Management:
- The WhatsApp account page provides the ability to create new categories.
- Users can assign specific categories to determine which quick replies should be used for the WhatsApp account.
- This feature allows for enhanced customization and tailored responses.
Deleting Accounts:
- From the Accounts page, users have the option to delete WhatsApp accounts.
- Deleting an account will also remove all associated records from the WhatsApp Chatbot app.
