How to use the Team Roles permissions in the Instagram Moderator app

The Instagram Moderator app provides a collaborative approach where users can manage the app's features with their team members. As a user, you can determine the actions allowed for each team member according to their roles. Some pages, such as Overview and Activities, are only accessible to the user and not the team members. Here's how to use team roles permissions:

• Navigate to Settings > Team Settings > Roles > Click on the desired role > Moderator for Instagram.

• The following permissions are available for team roles:

• Allow Moderator for Instagram Access: This is the main permission required for accessing the Instagram Moderator app. Without it, users won't be able to access the app.
• Allow Moderator Configuration Access: This permission provides access to the app's configuration pages.
• Allow Accounts Creation: This permission enables the connection of new Instagram accounts to the app.
• Allow Accounts Editing: This permission allows editing of the connected account's data such as enabling/disabling, selecting categories, or enabling the hide option.
• Allow Accounts Deletion: This permission allows deletion of the connected accounts.
• Accounts Access: This permission allows the decision of which accounts are accessible to team members.
• Allow Conditions Creation: This permission allows the creation of new conditions.
• Allow Conditions Editing: This permission allows the editing of existing conditions.
• Allow Conditions Deletion: This permission allows the deletion of existing conditions.

• Once a team member connects an Instagram account, the account's access is enabled for all members with that role. Otherwise, team members won't be able to see the connected Instagram account.
