  2. Widgets: The Overview page consists of the following four widgets:

    a. Guests:

    • This widget displays the number of achieved guests per day.
    • It provides insights into guest engagement and activity levels over time.

    b. Total:

    • This widget showcases the total number of sent and received messages.
    • Additionally, it highlights the number of sent automatic messages and the total number of achieved guests.
    • This widget provides an overview of overall messaging activity and automation usage.

    c. Categories:

    • The Categories widget presents all categories, sorted in descending order based on the number of times they have been assigned.
    • This helps identify the most frequently assigned categories, providing insights into user interactions and trends.

    d. Agents:

    • The Agents widget tracks the number of times team members have replied within the selected time interval.
    • This information offers visibility into the activity levels and responsiveness of team members.
  3. Real-Time Data:

    • The Overview page displays data in real time, ensuring that users have access to the most up-to-date information.
    • The app does not rely on caching to store data, providing accurate and current insights.
