Understanding the Guests page in the WhatsApp Chatbot app

In the WhatsApp Chatbot app, a guest refers to a person who has contacted us. While a guest can reach out to us multiple times, their information is only saved during their initial contact. It's important to note that a guest can contact us through multiple WhatsApp numbers connected to the WhatsApp Chatbot app, but their details will be saved only once. Separate conversations will be created for each WhatsApp number they interact with.

The WhatsApp Chatbot app provides a Guests page where all achieved guests are displayed and can be listed by page. This page includes a search engine that enables searching for guests based on their phone numbers.

The Guests page offers the following features:

  1. Exporting Guest Information:

    • Guests can be exported in a CSV file, containing the following details:
      • Guest's ID in our system.
      • Guest's phone number.
      • Collected email addresses.
      • Collected phone numbers.
      • Assigned categories.
  2. Deleting Guests:

    • Guests can be deleted directly from the Guests page.
    • Deleting a guest will also remove all their associated conversations.

By clicking on a guest's ID, you can access their detailed information, including:

  1. Guest's Conversations:

    • All conversations associated with the guest are displayed, with the option to filter them.
  2. Guest's Phone Number:

    • The guest's phone number is provided for reference.
  3. Assigned Categories:

    • The assigned categories are based on the quick replies used during interactions with the guest.

The Guests page in the WhatsApp Chatbot app offers a centralized view of all achieved guests. You can export their information, delete them if needed, and access specific guest details including their conversations, phone number, and assigned categories.
