An overview of the Instagram Commenter app

The Instagram Commenter app enables users to manage comments from all linked Instagram accounts, offering both automatic and manual reply options. Email addresses and phone numbers from comments are automatically stored in a separate list, which can be exported as a CSV file. The app allows for customization of team member roles, including which Instagram accounts they can view and respond to comments on.

Quick Relies

Quick Replies provide automatic responses, with the ability to create conditions based on multiple keywords and choose the level of keyword accuracy. Quick replies can include plain text, links, and emojis, and can be categorized to help understand user interests. Categories are displayed on the overview page, indicating how many times each category was assigned in a given time interval. Quick replies can be imported from a CSV file.

Phone Numbers and Email Addresses

The app also tracks phone numbers and email addresses in comments, automatically storing them separately and exporting them as a CSV file.

Guests

Guests are Instagram users who leave comments on media, and their activity can be tracked on a dedicated page. The guests' categories and interests can be viewed to better understand their preferences, and the information can be exported as a CSV file.

Medias

The Medias page allows users to view new comments on media in real time, with the ability to reply and attach media files to comments. Team members can be invited to access the page and assigned specific roles, such as viewing or deleting comments. The page displays insights for each media, including data on photo, slider, and live video content.

Activities

All actions taken by team members within the Instagram Commenter app are saved and visible only to the team administrator in the Activities page.
