How to use the Team Roles and Permissions in the Instagram Commenter App

The Instagram Commenter app allows companies to create team member accounts for their agents, and team roles can be set to determine what actions and features each team member can access.

Navigate to Settings > Team Settings > Roles > desired role > Commenter for Instagram.

The app has several permissions available for team roles:

1. Allow Commenter for Instagram Access: This is the default permission that grants access to all available features.
2. Allow Commenter Configuration Access: This permission is required to provide access to configuration settings.
3. Allow accounts Creation: This permission allows team members to connect new Instagram accounts to the app.
4. Allow accounts Editing: This permission allows team members to perform any action in the accounts' settings.
5. Allow accounts Deletion: This permission allows team members to delete accounts.
6. accounts Access: This permission allows access to the accounts.
7. Allow Comments Creation: This permission allows team members to reply to comments.
8. Allow Comments Deletion: This permission allows team members to delete comments.
9. Allow Quick Replies Creation: This permission allows team members to create quick replies.
10. Allow Quick Replies Editing: This permission allows team members to edit quick replies.
11. Allow Quick Replies Deletion: This permission allows team members to delete quick replies.
12. Allow Categories Creation: This permission allows team members to create categories.
13. Allow Categories Deletion: This permission allows team members to delete categories.

Team administrators can assign specific permissions to each team role, which will determine what actions and features each team member can access.
