User data stored in the Telegram Chatbot App
When a user sends a message in our connected Telegram Group through the Telegram Chatbot app, the app saves relevant information about that user as a guest in the Guests page. Various types of data are stored and can be viewed within the Telegram Chatbot app.
What types of data does the Telegram Chatbot app store about a Telegram user?
Name: The app saves the user's full name if available; otherwise, it uses their first or last name.
Phone Numbers: If a user shares their phone number, it is stored both in a separate list and within their user profile.
Email Addresses: If a user provides an email address, it is stored both in a separate list and within their user profile.
Categories: The app assigns categories to users based on their interactions with automatic replies.
Messages: All messages sent by the user are stored and can be filtered by Telegram groups, message status, and content.
Additionally, the Overview page provides insights into the most frequently assigned categories based on user interests.
A guest in the Telegram Chatbot app refers to a Telegram user, and the app stores a range of information about each user for reference and analysis.
