Understanding the Important Page in the Instagram Chatbot App

The Important page in the Instagram Chatbot app serves as a centralized location to store conversations that are deemed important. This page displays a list of conversations that have been saved either manually or automatically. You can easily identify the Important page in the menu by its green label, which indicates the number of saved conversations.

To save a conversation as Important: Navigate to the conversation page, click on the Actions tab, go to Preferences, and select the Important option.

From the Important page, you can apply various filters to the conversations. This includes filtering conversations based on the associated Instagram account and their status. Additionally, the search feature allows you to search for specific conversations based on the content of the messages exchanged within the conversation.
