Understanding the Guests Page in the FB Commenter App

The Guests page in the FB Commenter app displays a list of all the people who have interacted with our connected Facebook Pages by leaving at least one comment.

In this page, you can view all the posts where the guest has left a comment, along with their comments. You can also respond to the comments with a new comment.

Although you can only access the guest's name from Facebook, if the guest has used their email or phone number in their comments, you can export their contact information, including their emails and phone numbers, as a CSV file. Additionally, you can export the guest's categories.

Deleting a guest from this page will also remove their comments from the Posts page, but not from Facebook. A record of the deletion will be saved in the Activities page.
