Understanding the Guests Page in the Facebook Chatbot App

When users contact you through the Facebook Page messenger, their information is automatically saved as guests in the Facebook Chatbot app. This functionality requires the Facebook Page to be connected within the app.

To access the guests' information, navigate to the Guests page in the Facebook Chatbot app. From there, you can search for specific guests and even export their details to a CSV file.

By clicking on a guest's ID, you can view all conversations that the guest has had across all connected Facebook Pages. This provides access to basic guest information and the assigned categories.

It's important to note that guests are automatically deleted if you remove all connected Facebook Pages where the conversations with guests occurred. Similarly, any associated phone numbers and email addresses are also deleted in this process.

The Guests page in the Facebook Chatbot app allows you to manage and analyze guest interactions conveniently, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your guests.
