Understanding the Favorites Page in the Instagram Chatbot App

The Favorites page within the Instagram Chatbot app serves as a repository for saving conversations that contain valuable information. It allows you to manually add or remove the favorite status for each conversation.

Team members with permission to access a conversation can also mark it as a favorite. However, they will only see the conversations on their Favorites page that are specifically allowed for their viewing.

To help you easily identify favorited conversations, they are denoted by a red heart icon in all conversation lists.

The Favorites page provides a search feature, allowing you to search for specific favorites based on their messages. Additionally, you can filter favorites by Instagram accounts and status, further facilitating organization and retrieval of important conversations.
