How to use the Team Roles permissions in the Facebook Chatbot app

In the Facebook Chatbot app, you can work with your team. You can decide what your team can do based on their roles. In each role, it is possible to enable the permissions.

Navigate to Settings > Team Settings > Roles > desired role > Chatbot for Facebook to access the permissions,

Available permissions:

• Allow Chatbot for Facebook Access: The team's members with this role will be able to access the Facebook Chatbot Page.
• Allow Chatbot Configuration Access: The team's members with this role will be able to see the Configuration's pages.
• Allow Pages Creation: The team's members with this role will be able to create new pages.
• Allow Pages Editing: The team's members with this role will be able to edit the pages.
• Allow Pages Deletion: The team's members with this role will be able to delete the pages.
• Pages Access: Select which pages can access this team's role.
• Allow Bots Creation: The team's members with this role will be able to create new bots.
• Allow Bots Editing: The team's members with this role will be able to edit the bots.
• Allow Bots Deletion: The team's members with this role will be able to delete the bots.
• Allow Quick Replies Creation: The team's members with this role will be able to create new quick replies.
• Allow Quick Replies Editing: The team's members with this role will be able to edit the quick replies.
• Allow Quick Replies Deletion: The team's members with this role will be able to delete the quick replies.
• Allow Categories Creation: The team's members with this role will be able to create new categories.
• Allow Categories Deletion: The team's members with this role will be able to delete the categories.
