How to use the Sent page in the SMS Manager app

In the SMS Manager app, it is possible to send SMSs manually and automatically. The app allows receiving the SMS which are sent to the connected phone number (in the SMS Manager app).

In the Sent page, all SMS sent to individual phone numbers are displayed. In the SMS page, it is possible to see all SMS sent to all phone numbers. In the Sent page, we could get information about the sent SMS to a number and sent new SMS or reply to the received SMS.

The list in the Sent page displays all numbers which have received SMSs. The search engine allows to search for SMSs content and the filter allows to filter the SMSs by sender number.

In the Sent page > any SMS: The SMS detail, the numbers which have received the SMSs and SMS history (with actions done by the team members) are displayed. The users will see the Conversation section there. The Conversation section displays all sent/received SMS from a phone number (to the sender number which you have connected to the SMS Manager app).

The SMS Manager app is not able to understand the scope of the received SMS. The app is not able to understand if the received SMS is a reply to a sent SMS or no. For this reason, the Conversation section displays in each Sent page -> desired SMS -> first SMS is the sent SMS of that page. For example:

  • I'm sending today a SMS to the phone number 1111 and in the Sent page, a history with ID 1 is created.
  • Tomorrow I will send a SMS to the phone number 1111 and in the Sent page, a history with ID 2 is created.
  • If I'm clicking on the history ID 1, the Conversation will show the first SMS which I'm sending today.
  • If I'm clicking on the history ID 2, the Conversation will show the first SMS which I will send tomorrow.

In this way, you can see which SMSs were sent before receiving an SMS. You can understand in which circumstances an SMS was received by this way.
