How to use the Important page in the Facebook Chatbot app
The Important page in the Facebook Chatbot app serves as a dedicated list for saving conversations that require special attention.
Conversations can be added to or removed from the Important list directly from the conversation's page. When a conversation meets specific criteria, such as being assigned to a particular category of interest, it is automatically added to the Important list. For instance, if a Quick Reply has a condition based on a keyword like "agent," any conversation where the guest mentions the word "agent" will be promptly saved as important.
The Important conversations are also indicated by a numerical count in the sidebar, allowing you to easily track the number of conversations marked as important. This provides a quick overview of how many conversations require your immediate attention.
