How to use the Guests page in the Instagram Commenter app
The Instagram Commenter app automatically saves any user who comments on a media in a connected Instagram account as a guest. The Guest page in the app displays all the saved guests, and this information can be useful in analyzing user activity and engagement.
The Guest page allows users to view all the guests listed by page and provides a search input that allows them to find a specific user by their username. By clicking on a guest's ID, users can view all the posts where the guest has left a comment, as well as their username and categories. Categories are assigned to guests when they receive automatic replies, and this helps to understand their interests.
Users can export the guest list in a CSV file. Each row of the CSV file contains the guest's ID, username, email addresses, phone numbers, and categories. It's important to note that for security reasons, only 1000 guests can be exported in a single CSV file.
If necessary, users can delete a guest from the list, and the action will be recorded on the Activities page. This information can be useful in tracking user activity and understanding how users are engaging with the connected Instagram accounts.
