How to use the Guests page in the FB Moderator app

The Guests page in the FB Moderator app provides a comprehensive list of all guests that have been achieved through the app. In this case, guests refer to Facebook users who have sent unwanted comments to a post on our Facebook page, and have therefore been moderated and saved as guests in the app.

All saved guests are displayed on the Guests page and can be exported in a CSV file. The exported file includes the guest's ID in the app, their name, and the categories assigned to the guest.

By clicking on a guest's ID, you can access their page which displays all the comments they have made and that have been moderated, their name, and the categories they are assigned to.

If necessary, guests can be deleted, and any comments they have made will be removed as well.
