How to use Quick Replies for Instagram Direct Messages in the Instagram Chatbot App

The Instagram Chatbot app allows you to create quick replies for Instagram direct messages. These quick replies enable automatic responses to incoming messages on Instagram.

Here's how you can use quick replies:

1. Open the Instagram Chatbot app.
2. Click on the Quick Replies menu item.
3. Click on the New Reply button.
4. Enter the desired keywords in the Keywords field. These keywords should be present in the received direct messages.
5. Select the desired accuracy for the keywords in the received direct messages. Accuracy rate represents the rate of expected accuracy of matching of the words.
6. Enter a plain text response or select a bot as the response.
7. Assign the quick reply to a category to group similar replies.
8. Save your settings.
9. In a connected Instagram account, select the category from which you want to use the quick replies.

By setting up quick replies, the Instagram Chatbot app will automatically respond to incoming direct messages based on the specified keywords and response settings.
