How to use Categories in the FB Moderator app
Categories in the FB Moderator app are essential for organizing and utilizing the app's features effectively. Without categories, the app cannot function properly. Therefore, it is crucial to create categories before starting to use the app.
You can create categories in two ways:
- Navigate to the FB Moderator app and access the Conditions page click on an existing condition or click on New Condition button. Then, at the right side of the Categories section, use the dropdown menu to create a new category.
- Alternatively, you can access the Pages page and create a new category using the same method.
It is important to note that every Facebook Page and condition should have at least one category, or they will not function.
Categories serve several purposes:
- They allow you to group similar types of conditions.
- They help you specify which categories of conditions are applied to specific Facebook Pages.
- They enable you to see which categories of comments are being deleted most frequently in the app. You can view this information on the Overview page.
Whenever you create or delete a category, the app records this activity on the Activities page.
