How to see the history of the SMSs sent in the SMS Manager app

The SMS Manager app allows to send SMSs in multiple ways and to get insights about the SMSs sent to each selected phone number. The app is able to catch even the errors and shows them in the history page.

Where is the History page in the CRM SMS Manager app?

• Go to SMS Manager app.
• Click on the SMS menu item.
• You will see all created SMS.
• Click on the wanted SMS.
• In the SMS page you will see a weekly calendar.
• The weekly calendar shows the day when the SMS was sent.
• Below the calendar you will see one or several events. Click on the time.
• By clicking on the time, you will see the sending history.

In the History at the opened pop up, you will see which phone numbers have received the SMS and which not.
