How to save phone Numbers from Instagram direct messages in the Instagram Chatbot App

The Instagram Chatbot app provides the capability to identify and save phone numbers from Instagram direct messages. When a phone number is detected, it is stored separately in a dedicated list accessible from the Numbers page.

The Numbers page displays all the saved phone numbers extracted from received direct messages. Duplicate numbers are automatically filtered out to ensure a clean and organized list. You can conveniently search for specific phone numbers using the search input on the Numbers page. Clicking on a phone number will display the corresponding conversation and message from which the number was saved.

Exporting the saved phone numbers is possible in CSV format. Clicking the Export button allows you to download the numbers, and upon export, all saved phone numbers will be removed from the list.

If needed, individual phone numbers can be deleted one by one. A confirmation modal is presented to prevent accidental deletions.

It's important to note that team members will only have access to phone numbers saved from the Instagram accounts for which they have appropriate role-based access.
