How to reply to all received SMS like in a chat in the SMS Manager app

In the SMS Manager app, the users can connect all their phone numbers from Twilio. The goal can be to send SMS but another goal could be to receive SMS. The app is able to catch all SMS from all numbers even if the user didn't sent any SMS to those numbers previously.

In the SMS Manager app > Received page, you and your team can see all received SMSs in real time. The SMSs are displayed without the page reloading.

You and your team can reply with a click, by clicking on the SMS ID. Each new reply is saved in the activity and you can see anytime which team member has replied to a SMS.
