How to moderate team members' posts in the In Queue tool in the AI & Social Poster app
Users can work together with a team in the AI & Social Poster app. The app provides multiple tools to control the features available for the team members.
One of the key feature in the app is the possibility to allow to the team members only to create the posts and save them in the In Queue tool's Waiting List until an administrator or by a team member with the moderation permissions approves them.
To save automatically the team members posts in the In Queue list you have to follow these steps:
- Click on Settings icon > Team Settings from left bottom menu
- Click on the Roles menu item.
- Click on the wanted role.
- Click on the Social Tab.
- First enable the permission Allow Social Access (to allow the AI & Social Poster app access).
- Then enable the permission Allow Posts Creation (to allow the posts creation).
- Then enable the permission Posts Approval (to save automatically the posts in the In Queue list).
Optionally:
- Allow All Posts - should be enabled to allow access to all posts of all team members. If disabled, team members can only see their own posts.
You will find the saved posts in the AI & Social Poster app > In Queue page under the Waiting List section. The posts could be there moderated and the user could get details about a post from the direct link (chart icon).
Moderation of posts in the In Queue list
You can invite a team and work together on creating and sharing of the posts on the social networks in the AI & Social Poster app. For this purpose, the app provides multiple tools and the users can restrict them by the team role.
A team member which have a role with the Posts Approval permission enabled will be able to create posts, but all posts will be saved in the Waiting List in the In Queue tab where a moderator could approve or reject them.
If the post has the scheduled status, the team member still could edit it but any update will create a new request in the waiting list and the moderator should approve it to be published.
If a post should be published in real time, the post will be updated to be scheduled (even if it will be published after several seconds after the approbation). The scheduled posts will remain scheduled and if are approved will be published at the scheduled time.
