How to Manage Comment Deletion in FB Commenter App

With the FB Commenter app, managing comments on Facebook Pages is simple and efficient. The app provides a real-time display of new comments, enabling quick responses and easy deletion of comments as well. Team members' access to delete comments can be managed according to their roles.

When a team member tries to delete a comment, the app will prompt them with a confirmation modal to avoid accidental deletions. The app saves a record of deleted comments on the Post page > Deleted tab.

The app also records every deletion made by each team member in the Activities page. This feature allows the team owner to monitor who has deleted comments and ensure that the deletion process is under control.
