How to import the quick replies in the Instagram Commenter app

Quick Replies in the Instagram Commenter app allow for automatic responses to received comments on Instagram accounts. They can be created one by one in the app or imported from a CSV file. This article explains how to import quick replies.

To import quick replies, a CSV file should have three fields per row:

1. Keywords: A list of keywords that act as conditions for the quick reply.
2. Response: A string that will be used as a response if the received comments meet the quick reply's conditions.
3. Accuracy: The accuracy for the keywords.

For security reasons, only 1000 quick replies can be imported by file, and the administrator can limit the number of quick replies that a user can have. Quick replies can also be exported in a CSV file.

Navigate to Instagram Commenter > Quick Relies > Click on the dropdown menu button next to the New Reply button.
