How to import Quick Replies for WhatsApp from a CSV file in the WhatsApp Chatbot app
In the WhatsApp Chatbot app, you have the option to create quick replies individually or import them from a CSV file. Quick Replies enable automatic responses to incoming WhatsApp messages.
To import Quick Replies from a CSV file:
Prepare your CSV file with the following format:
- Keywords: A list of words separated by spaces.
- Response: Plain text response that may include emojis and links.
- Accuracy: Choose a number from 0 to 100 to indicate the accuracy level.
Launch the WhatsApp Chatbot app.
Navigate to the Quick Replies section.
Click on the Import button.
Select the desired CSV file containing the quick replies.
Before importing, you can assign categories to the quick replies for automatic categorization.
Confirm the import, and the quick replies will be added to your list.
Please note that media files or IDs are not supported in CSV imports. The CSV file format is compatible with other chatbot apps. When exporting quick replies as CSV files, they will follow the same format for easy reimporting or sharing.
