How to get details about the sent Social Analytics reports by email

In the Newsletter feature of the Social Analytics app, you can schedule the reports to be sent by email at the expected hour and day and for the wanted period of time. 

The users are able to add multiple email addresses. The reports can have attached PDF files.

How the user can understand if the reports were sent successfully?

  • One way is to check the email.
  • Another way is available in the Social Analytics app.
  • Go to the Newsletter page.
  • There you will see in the right side of the page a weekly calendar and a list with sent reports.
  • It is possible to see how many reports were sent each day.
  • It is possible to get details about the emails where the reports were sent and whether the PDF was sent or no, by clicking on the Chart icon.


By clicking on a report page, only the information about the sent report will be displayed in the right side of the page (other reports won't be included like in the Newsletter page).
