How to edit the Team Permissions in the Social Analytics app

The Social Analytics app has support for teams. The team administrators are able to allow and restrict the features of this app by team's roles. 

The settings for teams of the CRM Analytics app could be found in Setttings > Team Settings > Roles > desired role -> Analytics.

The available permissions are:

  • Allow Analytics Access - this permission provides access to the Social Analytics app. When it is disabled, the team members won't see the app in their list.
  • Allow Configuration Access - this permission is to allow creating, updating and deleting the companies. It allows reordering the metrics as well.
  • Allow Newsletter Access - this permission enables accessing the Newsletter tool.
  • Allow Reports Schedule - this permission enables scheduling the new reports in the Newsletter tool.
  • Allow Reports Update - this permission enables updating the existing reports in the Newsletter tool.
  • Allow Reports Deletion - this permission is enables deleting the existing reports in the Newsletter tool.
