How to disable automatic replies for direct messages in the Instagram Chatbot App
The Instagram Chatbot app provides a convenient way to offer support to your clients through direct messages on Instagram. While the app allows for automatic replies, there may be occasions where you prefer to disable them and engage in real-time conversation with a client.
To disable automatic replies in the Instagram Chatbot app, follow these steps:
- Open the Instagram Chatbot app and navigate to the Conversations page.
- Select the conversation for which you wish to disable automatic replies.
- Click on the Actions tab within the conversation.
- Enable the Bot Pause option by checking the corresponding box.
- By doing so, automatic replies will be disabled for that specific conversation.
You have the flexibility to enable or disable automatic replies for any conversation at any time, depending on your preferences and the nature of the interaction.
