How to diagnose problems by checking the errors messages in the Social Analytics app

The Social Analytics app parses the social insights in real time from the social networks. Sometimes the connected profiles might an expired access token and the insights won't be available. When this happens, the Social Analytics app saves in the database an error message for the profiles with expired access token.

If for a profile has an error message, it won't be checked more for new insights until the error message will be removed. The errors messages are displayed in the platforms pages. For example in the Facebook platform, the error messages will be displayed only for the connected Facebook Profiles.

To fix the errors is important to

  1. Re-connect the profiles first
  2. Delete the errors messages from the platforms pages.
