How to create a bot in the Ads Manager app

Quomy's Ads Manager app allows you to automate the process of boosting your posts on social media. One of the key features of the app is the use of bots, which are sets of rules that are used to create ads for the posts that you want to boost. In this guide, we will show you how to use bots in Quomy's Ads Manager app.

Step 1: Create a Bot
To create a bot, go to the "AI & Social Poster" section of the app and click on "Bots". Here, you can create a new bot by clicking on the New Bot button. Give your bot a name and select the platforms that you want it to support. You can choose from Facebook & Instagram, Google (coming soon), YouTube (coming soon), TikTok (coming soon), Twitter (coming soon), and LinkedIn (coming soon).

Step 2: Connect Ad Accounts and Create Ad Campaigns
Once you have created your bot, you can connect ad accounts and create ad campaigns, ad sets, and other ad elements. These elements can be selected as rules in the bot's platforms.

Step 3: Select a Bot for Boosting a Post
When you are ready to boost a new post, you can select the bot that you want to use. In the composer tool, you can see the selected accounts settings and choose the bot that you want to use to boost the post. Only bots that have support for the social network that you are posting on will be available.

Step 4: Preview the Configuration
When you have selected a bot and configured it correctly for the social network, you will be able to preview the configuration before you boost the post. The preview will show you the budget, status, availability, and other details.

Step 5: Monitor Boosted Posts
After you have boosted a post using a bot, you can monitor the performance of the post in the History page. Here, you can see a preview of the boosted post, details about the budget, boosting history, and any errors that may have occurred. You can also see the ad account and platform that were used for the boosting.

Step 6: Enable and Disable Bots
Bots can be enabled and disabled in the Activities page. When you create a bot, a record is saved in the Activities page. From here, you can enable or disable bots as needed.
