How to create a batch in CSV Bulk Sharing tool to post bulk posts on social media and blogs

The Bulk Sharing tool of the AI & Social Poster app could be used to plan multiple posts for a long period. It has multiple options for posting.

The posts in a batch could be imported from a CSV file but they are optionally. The user could use a batch for example only to share videos or images for example.

The CSV file for posts should have three columns in each row. Click on download button at the CSV Example line to see the format:

  • title - title of the post(is required for blog posts).
  • message - text content.
  • link - post's link.

To create a batch:

  • Go to the AI & Social Poster app.
  • Click on the Bulk Sharing menu item.
  • Click the New Batch button.
  • Enter the batch's name and click the Save Batch button.
  • After 3 seconds you will be redirected to that batch's page.
  • Here you can optionally import the posts from CSV (Click on download button at the CSV Example line to see the format)
  • Upload the media files.
  • Select the accounts and groups.
  • Decide the order of the posts and media files used for posting.
  • Select the time interval for posting (select Basic or Advanced under Publish title)
  • Select when the first post will be published.
  • Decide if the posts list will be repeated (published).

These are the basic options for a batch.
