How to automate responses to the received WhatsApp messages with photos and videos in the WhatsApp Chatbot app
With the WhatsApp Chatbot app, you can easily set up auto replies for incoming WhatsApp messages, including text, images, and videos.
To configure auto replies with media files:
- Launch the WhatsApp Chatbot app.
- Access the "Accounts" section.
- Choose the desired WhatsApp account.
- Click on the "Quick Replies" menu.
- Create a new quick reply.
- Upload the desired photo or video file. Please note that only the first media file will be saved as an attachment for the quick reply.
- Configure the conditions for the quick reply based on the received message's content.
It's important to note that GIF animations are not supported for auto replies. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, and MP4.
When multiple quick replies meet the conditions of the received message, the WhatsApp Chatbot app selects the quick reply with the highest accuracy for the auto reply.
