How does the SMS Manager widget at the Dashboard homepage work

In the Dashboard app (homepage of the user dashboard) the widgets of the apps which the user has enabled are displayed. These widgets can be enabled/disabled from the Settings > User Settings > Widgets. Some of them are enabled by default.

The SMS Manager has too a widget which shows the last received SMS. The widget shows the last 5 SMSs and the SMSs for team members are displayed based on the enabled sender phone numbers (if their team role has enabled a phone number all received SMS on that phone number will be displayed).
