How can team members configure the Spintax

The AI & Social Poster app has an original Spintax feature where the users could create multiple lists with words and group them by categories. Then, the users could select in the accounts preferences a spintax's category from which the words and synonyms will be used. Each account can have its individual category. A user can publish a post in multiple accounts and each account can have an individual list of spintax items with words and synonyms.

By default the team members can't configure the Spintax. The user could provide access by following these steps:

  • Go to the  Settings > Team Settings > Roles -> desired role > Social .
  • Allow Social Access  - should be enabled to allow access to the AI & Social Poster app.
  • Allow Configuration Access  - should be enabled to allow access to the Configuration pages.
  • Allow Words Creation - should be enabled to allow the words/synonyms creation.
  • Allow Words Editing - should be enabled to allow editing or updating the words.
  • Allow Words Deletion - should be enabled to allow deleting the words.
  • Allow Categories Creation - should be enabled to allow creating the spintax categories.
  • Allow Categories Deletion - should be enabled to allow deleting the spintax categories.

 The team members can select multiple categories for a word.
