Creating Ice Breakers for Facebook Pages using the Facebook Chatbot app

Ice Breakers are a set of pre-defined questions that can be displayed in the Facebook Pages Messenger and on Facebook Pages. When users click on these questions, they receive a corresponding response. In the Facebook Chatbot app, you can create up to six questions and use them as Ice Breakers for your Facebook Pages. The list of questions can be easily edited or deleted directly within the app.

Please note that, unlike the Instagram Chatbot app, you cannot use a bot as a response for these questions. However, you can still utilize quick replies as the response. These quick replies should be associated with the selected categories of your Facebook Pages, and you can use keywords and accuracy settings to ensure accurate matching between the questions and the responses.
