An overview of the WhatsApp Chatbot app
The WhatsApp Chatbot app is a comprehensive solution for managing WhatsApp messages efficiently. It offers tools for both manual and automatic message handling. If you work with a team, this app provides essential features to collaborate effectively and maintain control over team activities. It leverages the Twilio API for seamless integration.
Let's explore the key features of the WhatsApp Chatbot app, organized into sections:
Automated Quick Replies
Quick replies enable automatic responses to received messages. In the WhatsApp Chatbot app, quick replies are defined with conditions, accuracy levels, responses, and categories for grouping. The app selects the most accurate quick reply based on the content of received messages.
Quick replies can include plain text and more. Categories play a vital role in determining which quick replies should be used for specific WhatsApp accounts connected to the app. Importing and exporting quick replies from a CSV file is also supported.
Conversations
When a subscriber sends a message to a connected WhatsApp account in the app, the message is automatically saved and displayed in real-time on the Conversations page. Users and their teams can respond to these messages using plain text, links, and emojis.
Categories
Categories serve three purposes in the WhatsApp Chatbot app:
- Grouping quick replies.
- Guiding WhatsApp accounts on which quick replies to use.
- Understanding subscriber interests. Quick reply categories are assigned to subscribers, allowing users to identify their interests. Subscribers saved in the app are referred to as "Guests."
Lead Collection
The app automatically saves phone numbers longer than 5 characters from received messages, which can be viewed on the Phone Numbers page. Exporting these numbers as a CSV file is possible.
The WhatsApp Chatbot app automatically identifies email addresses in received messages and saves them in the database. Users can access and export these email addresses from the Email Addresses page as a CSV file.Overview page
The Overview page provides the team owner with an overview of app activity. It can be filtered by time interval and WhatsApp accounts. The Overview page includes four widgets:
- Guests: Shows the number of people who have contacted you each day.
- Total: Displays the total number of received messages, automatic messages sent, and acquired guests.
- Categories: Presents the number of times each category has been assigned, ordered by frequency.
- Agents: Lists all agents and the number of messages they've sent, in descending order.
Activities page
To ensure professional service delivery, all activities performed by team members are logged, allowing the team owner to monitor agent actions.
Guests
The Guests page showcases all subscribers who have contacted the app. It provides details about assigned categories, basic information such as numbers, and all sent messages. Exporting guest information, including numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, and assigned categories, is possible as a CSV file.
Dashboard Homepage Widgets
The Dashboard homepage includes a widget displaying the last 10 conversations. Team administrators see all conversations, while team members only see conversations from WhatsApp accounts they have access to based on their role. A search filter is available for locating specific conversations, following the same role-based rules.
Team Permissions Settings
The WhatsApp Chatbot app offers various permissions to control team member actions within the app.
Team administrators can receive notifications about newly created conversations and errors. These notifications appear as popups on all pages until the user closes them or accesses the conversation's page.
The WhatsApp Chatbot app provides a comprehensive set of features for efficiently managing WhatsApp messages. From quick replies and conversations to team management and settings, this app empowers user
