An overview of the FB Commenter app
The FB Commenter app offers an efficient way to manage comments across connected Facebook Pages. This app offers both automatic and manual ways to respond to comments, and it can even store email addresses and phone numbers from comments in a separate list that can be exported in CSV format. The app also allows for role-based management, which means administrators can specify what actions team members are allowed to take, as well as which comments they can access.
Quick Replies
Quick Replies are a powerful feature in the FB Commenter app that can be used to provide automatic responses. Users can create conditions for quick replies by specifying multiple keywords and selecting the accuracy for keyword matches. Quick replies can be plain text, and they can also contain links and emojis. Additionally, quick replies can be assigned categories, which can help administrators understand users' interests. For instance, if the quick reply is related to Samsung TV, then each time it is used to reply to a comment, the recipient will receive a Samsung TV category. These categories can be tracked on the Overview page, and administrators can see how many times a category has been assigned within a given time period. Quick replies can also be imported from a CSV file.
Phone Numbers and Email Addresses
The FB Commenter app automatically stores phone numbers and email addresses from comments in separate lists. Any phone numbers with more than six digits will be saved as a phone number, while email addresses will be saved in a separate list. These lists can be exported in CSV format.
Guests
Guests are Facebook users who leave comments on posts. The Guests page in the FB Commenter app displays all posts where a guest has left a comment. This page also displays any assigned categories, which can help administrators understand a guest's interests. Guests can be exported in CSV format, and all their used phone numbers and email addresses are included in the export.
Posts
In the Posts page, administrators can see all posts with new comments in real time. Posts with comments in the last hour will be labeled as Active. Clicking on a post will display the post's contents and comments, and administrators can reply to comments and attach media files. The page updates in real-time, so administrators can respond without refreshing the page. Additionally, administrators can disable new comments and automatic replies for individual posts. If a team member needs assistance, they can invite another team member who has access to the Facebook Page. Team roles determine who can see, reply to, or delete a comment. The page also displays insights for each post.
Activities
All actions taken in the FB Commenter app are saved in the Activities page, which can be accessed only by administrators. This page provides a record of all activity by team members within the app.
