How to allow the teams members to edit the batches in Bulk Sharing tool in the AI & Social Poster app

A batch in the Bulk Sharing tool in the AI & Social Poster app is a collection with posts and media files which will be shared on the social networks based on the user preferences. The posts could be imported from a CSV file and the media files from the local device.

The team admins could even allow to the team members to create, edit and delete the batches. By default all these permissions are disabled. The user could enable them by teams roles.

To allow to the teams members to edit the batches:

• Go to the Settings > Team Seetings.
• Click on the Roles menu item > any role -> Social.
• Enable the Allow Social Access permission to allow that role to access to the AI & Social Poster app.
• Enable the Allow Bulk Sharing Access permission to allow Bulk Sharing tool access.
• Enable the Allow Batches Editing permission to allow the batches editing.

A note is saved in the batches history when any user edits a batch. This allows admins to see who has made any change in the batch settings.
